Gemilerin Havuzlama Operasyonlarındaki Risklerinin FMEA Yöntemi İle Analizi

Abstract

Havuz operasyonları sırasında hem çalışılan ortam hem de insan kaynaklı riskler öngörülmeyen ve maruz kalmak istenilmeyen sonuçlara neden olabilmektedir. Havuz operasyonları öncesinde, sürecinde ve sonrasında gerekli risk değerlendirmeleri yapılsa bile çalışma ortamının ağır olması, iş stresi ve personel dikkatsizlikleri gibi faktörler bazı durumlarda bu risklerin derecelerini arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada havuz operasyonları sırasında gerçekleşmesi potansiyel olan riskler tespit edilmiş, risklerin derecelendirilmesi için havuz operasyonlarının çeşitli pozisyonlarında görev alan personel ile bir çalışma yürütülmüştür. Potansiyel risklerin değerlendirilmesi için Hata Türleri ve Etkileri Analizi (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis- FMEA) yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, uzman kişilerin görüşleri ışığında potansiyel risklerin risk öncelik sayıları (RÖS) tespit edilmiş, hangi risklerin havuz operasyonları sürecinde daha kritik öneme sahip olduğu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Risklerin olası etkilerinin azaltılması ve yok edilmesi için kontrol önlemleri de belirlenmiştir.
