E-Nabız Sistemi Kullanımının Sağlık Sistemlerine Güvensizlik Üzerine Etkisinin İncelenmesi: Üniversite Öğrencileri Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırmada üniversite öğrencilerinin E-Nabız sistemi kullanımının sağlık sistemlerine güvensizlik üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nicel araştırma türünden genel tarama modeliyle gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda; eğitim gören üniversite öğrencileri arasından basit seçkisiz örneklem yöntemi ile belirlenen 355 öğrenci araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmakta olup veriler online olarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verilerini elde etmek için, kişisel bilgi formu, “E-Nabız Kullanım Algısı Ölçeği” ve “Sağlık Sistemine Güvensizlik Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. E-Nabız Kullanım Algısı Ölçeği 23 madde ve 2 boyuttan, Sağlık Sistemine Güvensizlik Ölçeği 10 madde tek boyuttan ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu ise katılımcıların sosyo-demografik özelliklerinin belirlenmesine yönelik 6 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Uygulanan ölçekler sonucunda veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca analiz yöntemi olarak verilerin normal dağıldığının tespit edilmesi üzerine; bağımsız gruplarda t testi, ANOVA, pearson korelasyon ve basit doğrusal regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin E-Nabız Kullanımının sağlık sistemine güvensizlik düzeyine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve negatif yönlü bir etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda kişilerde E-Nabız kullanımı arttıkça sağlık sistemine güvensizlik düzeyi azalmaktadır.
