Sağlık Kurumlarında Kolektif Liderlik ve Takım Performansı İlişkisinde Benlik Değerinin Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışma hastanelerde mevcut olan koordineli çalışma sistemi içerisinde kolektif liderlik ve takım performansı ilişkisini araştırmak ve söz konusu ilişkide benliğin aracılık rolünü incelemek amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma Konya ilinde rastgele örneklem seçilerek farklı dallardan 590 sağlık çalışanı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hoevemeyer (1993) çalışmasından alınan Takım Performansı Ölçeği, Kashima ve Hardie’nin (2000) İlişkisel-Bireyci-Toplulukçu Benlik Ölçeği, Hiller, Day ve Vance(2006) çalışmasından alınan Kolektif Liderlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS20.0 paket programına aktarılmıştır. Güvenilirlik analizi için Cronbach Alpha Katsayısı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada LISREL programı kullanılarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılarak ölçeklerin geçerliliği araştırılmıştır. Ölçek boyutları ve ölçekler arası ilişkiyi incelemek için korelasyon analizi ve Lisrel ile yapısal eşitlik modeliyle yol analizi (path) yapılarak hipotezler test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda sağlık çalışanlarının kolektif liderlik anlayışı ile takım performansı arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca benliğin, kolektif liderlik ve takım performansı ilişkisinde kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Literatür incelendiğinde de bu durumu destekleyebilecek çalışmaların bulunduğu görülmektedir.
