İslam’da Ticaret Ahlakının Oluşmasında Hadislerin Rolü

Abstract

İslam dini ticaret anlayışını topluma hizmet, şeffaflık, dürüstlük anlayışı üzerine kurmuştur. Bunun için helal kazancı İslamın temel ilkesi saymış ve Müslümanın esas vazifeleri arasında kabul etmiştir. Toplumdaki ticaret anlayışının mezkûr temeller üzerine kurulabilmesi için de bir takım emirler ve yasaklar getirmiştir. Bu emir ve yasakların bazılarını Kur’ânî emirler vasıtasıyla bazılarını da Hz. Peygamber (a.s.) vasıtasıyla bildirmiştir. Bu bağlamda Allah’ın emir ve yasakları çerçevesinde helal ve haram açık bir şekilde beyan edilmiş ve insan nafakasını temin etmek için ticari faaliyetlerin helal yoldan temin edilmesini, bu ticari faaliyetlerin neticesinde elde edilen kazancın da savrulmamasını emretmiştir. Bu itibarla; çalışmamızda Hz. Peygamber’in (a.s.) İslam toplumunda oluşmasını istediği ticaret ahlakının ilkelerini ve bu anlamdaki islâmî öğretinin oluşmasında hadislerin rolünü inceleyeceğiz.
