Turizm Alanında Liderlik Konusu İle İlgili Hazırlanmış Tezlere Yönelik Bibliyometrik Bir Analiz

Abstract

İnsanları belirli amaçlara yöneltme sanatı olan liderlik; eğitim, sağlık, turizm, kamu v.b. birçok alanda çalışılmıştır. Liderlik birçok değişkeni etkileyen ve birçok değişkenden etkilenen bir konu olmasından dolayı oldukça önemlidir. Bundan dolayı, bu çalışmada özellikle turizm alanında liderlik ile ilgili yapılmış olan lisansüstü tezlerin bibliyometrik analizinin yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç kapsamında YÖK tez merkezinde yer alan arama motoru kullanılmıştır. Arama kriterlerinde sadece turizm ile ilgili olan bilim dalı ve ana bilim dalları seçilmiştir. Aynı zamanda konu sekmesinde Lider ve Liderlik kavramları kullanılmıştır. Arama sonucunda izinli 52 lisans üstü tezin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu tezler lisansüstü program türü, anabilim dalı, yıl, üniversite adı, araştırma yöntemi, kullanılan örneklem türü, uygulandığı yer, uygulanan kişiler, kullanılan analizler, kullanılan ölçekler ve ilişkili olduğu konular gibi bibliyometrik özellikler çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Çalışma ileride liderlik konusu ile ilgili yapılacak olan araştırmalara ön bilgi vermesi açısından önem arz etmektedir.
