ISO 9001 Kalite Yönetim Sisteminin Firma Performansı Üzerine Etkisi: Ampirik Literatür Taraması

Abstract

Çalışmanın temel amacı, ISO 9001 kalite yönetim sisteminin firma performansı üzerine etkisini ampirik literatür incelemesi yaparak araştırmaktır. Bu amaç, ISO 9001 sertifikasının firma performansı üzerine etkisini finansal ve finansal olmayan boyutlara ayırarak başarılmıştır. Literatürden seçilen ISO 9001 ampirik çalışmalar, bu çalışmanın amacına uygun şekilde analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın analizi, ISO 9001 kalite yönetim sisteminin firmaların finansal ve finansal olmayan performans üzerine etkisinde tutarlılık ve netlik olmadığını göstermiştir. Bu sonuca ilave olarak, ISO 9001 kalite yönetim sertifikasını adapte eden firmaların ISO 9001 sertifikasını adapte etmeden önce zaten karlı firmalar olduğu ve ISO 9001 kalite yönetim sistemini daha iyi içselleştirdikleri sonucuna varılmıştır.
