Yerelleşmenin Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajanslarında Ortaya Koyduğu Değişimler

Abstract

Küreselleşme süreciyle beraber, ulus devletin egemenliği sarsılmış, devletin yeni ve farklı rol tanımının yapılması gereği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu gerekliliğin etkisiyle, Dünya ekonomisinde gittikçe artan yerelleşme politikalarının neticesinde küresel sermaye yerel yönetimleri kendisine ortak seçmiş, yerelleşme söylemiyle gündemde olan Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajansları bu anlayışta yeni ortak olarak belirlemiştir. Bu çalışma ile, yerel ve bölgesel kalkınmanın gerisinde kalmak istemeyen Dünya ülkeleri ile geleceğin birleşik Avrupa’sını gerçekleştirebilmek için AB ülkeleri ve Avrupa Birliği’ne uyum sürecini yaşayan Türkiye’nin yerelleşme ve bölgeselleşme politikalarında gerçekleştirdiği bir takım düzenlemeler ele alınmış ve bölgesel gelişme ve yerelleşme bağlamında günümüzün popüler aktörü haline gelen Bölgesel Kalkınma Ajansları’nın bu süreçlerle beraber yaşadığı değişim ve dönüşümlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
