Sanal Kaytarma Konusunda Yapılmış Tezlerin İçerik Analizi Yöntemiyle İncelenmesi (2010-2017)

Abstract

İnternetin kullanımındaki hızlı artış, işyerlerinde de internetin kullanılmasını artırmıştır. İşyerinde internet kullanımının örgüt içi iletişimi hızlandırdığı ve işlerin yürütülmesinde önemli kolaylıklar sağladığı ifade edilmektedir. Çalışanlar arası iletişimi kolaylaştırmakla beraber iş yükü açısından gereksiz işlemlerin azaltılmasına veya ortadan kaldırılmasına da olanak sağlamaktadır. İşçiler, hem günlük rutin iş aktiviteleri hem de işyerinde kişisel ihtiyaç için internetten yararlanabilirler. Tam da bu noktada sanal kaytarma konusu gündeme gelmektedir. Literatür incelendiğinde sanal kaytarma teriminin; çalışanların, örgüt işleri için çalışması gereken mesai saatlerinde şahsi akıllı telefonundan veya kendisine tahsis edilmiş bilgisayardan örgütün veya kişisel internet sağlayıcısından şahsi sebeplerle internete girip zamanını verimsiz kullanması şeklinde tanımlandığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Türkiye’de sanal kaytarma konusunda yazılmış olan tezlerin içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmesidir. Konuyla ilgili Yüksek Öğretim Kurumları Tez Veritabanından ulaşılan toplam 10 tezin içeriğine ilişkin bilgiler, makale içerisinde sunulmaktadır.
