Türk Yapım Şantiyelerinde İsraf Kavramı ve Çözüm Önerileri

Abstract

Bu çalışma kapsamında, Türk yapım şantiyelerinde meydana gelen israf ile ilgili daha önce yapılmış olan araştırmalara dayanarak, israfın gerçekleştiği ve giderilmesi gerektiği varsayımı ile yola çıkılmıştır. İsraf, yapım şantiyelerinde sıkça karşılaşılan bir gerçekliktir ve her endüstriyel dalda olduğu gibi kontrol edilmediği takdirde inşaatta da meydana gelmekte olan kayıplardır. Türk yapım şantiyelerinde israf olduğu varsayımı, bu israfın türlerinin ve nedenlerinin tespit edilmesi ve bunların ortadan kaldırılmasına yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirilmesi gerekliliğini doğurmuştur. Bu doğrultuda Türkiye’de ve dünyada yürütülmüş olan israf ile ilgili akademik çalışmalar taranmış, incelenmiş, derlenmiş ve gerekli düzeltmelerden geçirilerek problemin çözümü için atılacak adımlar belirlenmiştir.
