Firma Değerleme Yöntemleri: BIST Demir, Çelik ve Metal Sanayii Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Değerleme konusu üzerinde birçok tartışmayı barındıran konulardan bir tanesidir. Değerleme çalışmalarında her yöntem kendi içerisinde birtakım farklılıklar barındırmaktadır. Bu yüzden farklı kurum ve kuruluşların değerlemeleri birbirinden farklılık arz edebilmektedir. Bu nedenle doğru tahminin yapılması adına uygulaması yapılacak olan yöntemlerin iyi belirlenmesi son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmada firma değerinin belirlenmesinde piyasa çarpanları yöntemi incelenmiş, ayrıca finansal oranlar hesaplanarak, firmanın değerinin doğru olarak yorumlanması adına, bilgiler desteklenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada BIST Demir, Çelik Metal Ana Sanayii sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 14 firmanın 2016 yılı mali tabloları kullanılarak, 13.01.1986 yılında halka arz olan Ereğli Demir ve Çelik Fabrikaları TAŞ.’nin değer tahmini yapılmaya çalışılmıştır.
