Üretim Karşıtı İş Davranışları Üzerinde Örgütsel Adalet Algısının Rolü: Banka Çalışanları Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel adaletin üretim karşıtı iş davranışları üzerindeki etkisinin Adams’ın “Adalet Teorisi” kapsamında incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. İlgili yazında örgütsel adaletin üretim karşıtı iş davranışları üzerindeki etkisini incelemeye yönelik pek çok araştırma olmasına rağmen bu ilişkinin hangi koşullar altında daha güçlü veya zayıf olduğunu gösteren çalışmalar sınırlı kalmaktadır. Bir başka ifadeyle, hangi koşulların örgütsel adaletin üretim karşıtı iş davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi etkilediği ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda alanyazındaki anılan boşluğu doldurması nedeniyle araştırmanın özel olduğu düşünülmektedir. 2017 yılının son çeyreğinde kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle elde edilen 236 banka çalışanı araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada toplanan data, nicel analiz yöntemlerinden SPSS 21 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Tüm bu bilgiler ışında, elde edilen araştırma bulguları örgütsel adaletin üretim karşıtı iş davranışları üzerinde pozitif etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermiştir.. Araştırma sonucunda yönetici ve çalışanlar için örgütsel adaletin üretim karşıtı iş davranışları üzerindeki etkisini azaltmaya yönelik çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.
