Duygusal Zeka ve İş Tatmini İlişkisinde Örgütsel Güvenin Aracılık Rolü

Abstract

Son yıllarda çalışma hayatında bireylerin duygusal zekasına önem verilmeye başlanmıştır. Bireylerin sahip olduğu duygusal zeka seviyesi tatmin, güven, bağlılık, iletişim vb. kavramları etkilemektedir. Çalışma ortamında bireyler için vazgeçilmez unsurlardan biri güvendir. Bireyler çalıştıkları kuruma ve çalışma arkadaşlarına güven duymak isterler. Bireylerin güven düzeyleri iş tatminleri açısından da önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, duygusal zekanın iş tatmini üzerindeki etkilerini ortaya koymak ve örgütsel güvenin aracılık rolünü değerlendirmektir. Bu doğrultuda Kahramanmaraş tekstil sektöründe bulunan çalışanlar örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Hazırlanan anket Kahramanmaraş tekstil sektöründe bulunan 410 çalışana uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada duygusal zeka için Wong ve Law tarafından oluşturulan WLEI Scale (2002) ölçeği, örgütsel güven için Whitener tarafından oluşturulan Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği (1998) ve iş tatmini için Lytle tarafından oluşturulan İş Tatmini Ölçeği (1994) kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda duygusal zekanın iş tatmini ve örgütsel güven üzerine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu ve örgütsel güvenin duygusal zeka ve iş tatmini ilişkisinde aracılık rolüne sahip olduğu bulunmuştur.
