İş Gören Sesliliğinin Demografik Değişkenler Açısından Değerlendirilmesi: Çokuluslu Bir Örneklem Üzerinde Çalışma

Abstract

İş gören sesliliği organizasyon uygulamalarının eleştirilmesinden ziyade, organizasyonun lehine, yapıcı düşüncelerin dile getirilmesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır (Van Dyne ve LePine, 1998: 109). İş görenlerin seslilik davranışı göstererek, organizasyonlarına geri besleme sağlamaları ve olumlu yönde katkıları, organizasyonların rekabet avantajı elde etmesi ve başarı için hayatidir. Çalışmada iş gören sesliliğinin demografik değişkenlere göre gösterdiği farklılıklar 20 Ağustos 2015- 12 Mart 2016 tarihleri arasında NATO bünyesinde Afganistan’da bulunan kamplarda görev yapan 13 ayrı ülkeden 598 personelden oluşan çok uluslu bir örneklem üzerinde incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda iş gören sesliliğinin demografik değişkenler açısından (medeni hal, yaş, toplam çalışma süresi, Afganistan’da çalışma süresi, gelir durumu) farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda farklı demografik özelliklere sahip iş görenlerin seslilik davranışlarının artırılması için öneriler sunulmuştur.
