Örgütsel Adalet Algısının Üniversitelerdeki Farklılık Yönetimi Anlayışı Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Kırıkkale Üniversitesinde görev yapmakta olan akademik ve idari personelin farklılık yönetimine ilişkin algılarının örgütsel adalet algıları üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, bu üniversitede çalışan 165 akademik ve 164 idari personele anket uygulanmıştır. Anket sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak, frekans, t testi, ANOVA, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; farklılık yönetimi boyutlarının tamamı (bireysel tutumlar ve davranışlar, örgütsel değerler ve normlar, yönetsel uygulamalar ve politikalar) ile örgütsel adalet boyutlarının tamamı (dağıtım prosedür ve etkileşim adaleti) arasında anlamlı pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre ise; farklılık yönetimi boyutunun (yönetsel uygulamalar ve politikalar) örgütsel adaletin tüm boyutlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca farklılık yönetimi boyutlarının (bireysel tutumlar ve davranışlar, örgütsel değerler ve normlar) ve örgütsel adalet boyutlarının (dağıtım ve etkileşim adaleti) akademisyen ve idari personel olarak görev yapmaya göre; farklılık yönetimi boyutlarının (bireysel tutumlar ve davranışlar, örgütsel değerler ve normlar) akademisyenlerin unvanlarına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği de tespit edilmiştir.
