Fareprımont ve Malmquıst Verimlilik Endeksleri İle Türk Havalimanlarının Etkinliklerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Hava yolu taşımacılığı sektörünün gün geçtikçe artan ivme ile büyümesi mevcut havalimanlarının daha etkin çalışmasını gerektirmektedir. Birden fazla girdi ile birden fazla çıktının olduğu sistemlerin etkinliğini ölçmede kullanılan veri zarflama analizi ve stokastik sınır analizi bu bağlamda havalimanlarında da literatürde çokça kullanılmıştır (Gillen ve Lall,1997: Düzakın ve Güçray, 2001: Carlsson,2002: Kamp, 2005: Lin ve Hong, 2006: Barros ve Dieke, 2007: Maligheti vd, 2008). Bu çalışmada 2011-2014 yılları arasındaki veriler dikkate alınarak 38 havalimanının etkinlikleri FarePrimont ve Malmquist endeksleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. FarePrimont analizi türk havalimanlarında bu çalışma ile ilk defa uygulanacak olup sonuçlar Malmquist verimlilik endeksi ile karşılaştırılarak verilmiştir. Malmquist verimlilik endeksi veri zarflama analizinin toplam faktör verimliliği, teknik değişim, teknik etkinlik değişimi, saf etkinlik değişimi ve ölçek etkinlik değişimi gibi endeksleri panel datalara uygulanma biçimidir. Çalışma sonuçları Malmquist toplam faktör verimliliği endeksi ile birlikte FarePrimont toplam faktör verimliliği endeksinin 2011-2014 yılları arasında toplam faktör verimliliği olarak en büyük artışın Isparta Süleyman Demirel Havalimanında, en fazla düşüşün ise Tekirdağ Çorlu havalimanı ve Çanakkale havalimanında olduğunu göstermektedir.
