Hastanelerde Yalın Tıbbi Envanter Yönetimi

Abstract

Sağlık hizmeti tedarik zinciri yönetimi üzerine yapılan literatüre yalın sisteminin önemli katkılar yapacağını gösterdi. Yalın yönetimde başarı yalnızca çalışanlarla değil mevcut teknoloji ve klinik mükemmellikten geldiği bilinir. Hastaneler yeni teknolojinin ve yeni alanlara para harcamanın topluma hizmet etmekte ki gayretten geçtiğini ve bu durumun hastanenin de karına ve lehine olacak şekilde uyarlanması gerektiğini bilmektedirler. Dahası hastanelerdeki en büyük israfın ve kargaşanın stoklarda olduğu da belirlenmiştir. Bu yüzden sağlık hizmetindeki yalın envanter sistemi, gerekli malzemenin tam zamanında tedarik edilmesine odaklıdır. Ancak çok az sayıda yazı ortaya konmuştur ve kapsamları bilinmemektedir. Bu araştırma yazısının amacı sağlık sektöründe yalın envanter sisteminin etkinliğini anlamaktır .Bu çalışma yazısı envanter yönetiminin karışıklıklarını basit ve kolay yoldan anlamakta çok faydalıdır ve konunun daha kolay anlaşılmasına yardımcı olacaktır.
