Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Akademik Motivasyonları İle Akademik Performansları Arasındaki İlişki: Manavgat Myo Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, “akademik motivasyon”, “motivasyonun alt boyutları” ile “akademik performans” arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini Akdeniz Üniversitesi Manavgat Meslek Yüksekokulu 2017-2018 akademik yılı son sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemi ise tesadüfi küme örneklemi yoluyla seçilmiş 250 öğrenciden oluşmuştur. Bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Vallerand’in 1992’de hazırladığı Akademik Motivasyon Ölçeği (AMÖ) kullanılmıştır. Anket verilerinin analizinde SPSS 22.00 paket programından yararlanılmış ve verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistik yöntemlerinden faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarında, akademik performans ile “motivasyon” ve “motivasyonun alt boyutları” arasında ilişki bulunmuştur.
