Emniyet Risk Yönetiminin Organizasyonel ve Stratejik Amaçlar Açısından Etkileri: Havalimanları Örnek Olayı

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, emniyet riski yönetim sisteminin örgütsel yapıdaki hem davranış hem de kurumsal amaçlardaki etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırma amacına ulaşmak için Heraklion Uluslararası Havaalanı Otoritesi Müdürü ve üst düzey yöneticileri ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca Anadolu Üniversitesi tarafından işletilmekte olan Hasan Polatkan Uluslararası Havalimanı Emniyet Yönetimi kapsamında risk analizi çalışması da sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmadaki sonuçların en önemli noktalarından biri, emniyet riski yönetim sisteminin hem örgüt kültürü hem de şirket stratejisi üzerinde doğrudan etkisi olmasıdır. Bu araştırma, emniyet risk yönetim uygulamalarında teori ve pratik arasındaki uyumun nasıl yakalanacağı ve önemli olarak ideal ile gerçek uygulamalar arasındaki uçurumların (GAP) nasıl kapanacağı yönünde farkındalık oluşturarak hem literatüre hem de ilgili alana katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir. Ayrıca araştırma sonuçlarının kapsamlı ve bütünsel bir yaklaşımla uygulanan risk yönetimi örneklerinin hem reel sektöre hem de bilimsel alan literatürüne katkı sağlayacağı öngörülmektedir.
