Bir Şirket İçin En İdeal Filo Otomobilinin Vıkor Yöntemiyle Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Günümüz otomobil piyasasındaki çeşitliliğin, marka ve modellerdeki fazlalığın sebebiyle optimal seçimi yapmak gerek bireysel müşteriler için, gerekse büyük ölçekli filo alım yapan şirketler için çok karmaşık ve zor bir işlemdir. Bu zorluğa birde karar vericilerin bir otomobilden beklentilerindeki farklılıklarda eklenince karar verme bir problem haline gelir. Bu tür problemlerin çözümü için çok kriterli karar verme teknikleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada bir pazarlama şirketinin, personellerinin otomobil ihtiyaçlarını karşılaması amacıyla en ideal otomobilin belirlenmesi karar problemine çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden olan AHP ve VIKOR yöntemlerini kullanarak çözüm bulacağız. İlk aşamada, literatürde kullanılmış kriterlerin göreli önemlerinin yani ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi amacıyla şirket yönetiminde söz sahibi 20 kişiye, satın alınacak otomobillerden beklentileri üzerine ikili karşılaştırma tablosu doldurtulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler AHP yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiş ve özelliklerin ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında, otomotiv distribütörleri derneğinin verilerine göre Türkiye piyasasında 2016 yılında en fazla satış yapan ilk 10 marka model araç belirlenmiş ve bu otomobillerin özellikleri o markanın resmi internet sitelerinden alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü aşamasında, maliyet ve fayda özelliği taşıma durumlarına göre kriterlerin en iyi ve en kötü değerleri belirlenmiş ve ağırlıklandırılmış normalize karar matrisi oluşturularak VIKOR analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın son aşamasında VIKOR yöntemi ile şirket için en ideal otomobil belirlenmiş ve şirkete filo satın almada bu otomobili tercih etmeleri tavsiye edilmiştir.
