Meslek Liselerinde Okuyan Öğrencilerin İş Güvenliği Farkındalığı

Abstract

Şüphesiz ki çağımızın gelişen üretime dayalı ekonomisi ve sürekli gelişen teknolojik iş gereçleri iş sağlığı güvenliği ile ilgili uygulamaları zorunlu kılmaktadır. Nitekim birçok meslek hastalığı, iş kazası çağımızın problemlerinden biridir. Bu araştırmanın amacı meslek liselerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bilincinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kültürü üzerindeki farkındalığını ölçmektir.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak öğrencilerin demografik bilgilerini ölçen 4 soru, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bilinç düzeylerini ölçen çoktan seçmeli 10 soru ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kültürüne yönelik çoktan seçmeli 15 soru kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler neticesinde öğrencilerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine ilişkin bilgi düzeylerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin oluşması noktasında farkındalık yarattığı tespit edilmiştir.
