KOBİ’lerin Tam Zamanında Üretim Sisteminde Tedarikçi İlişkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Günümüzde birçok üretici işletme küresel pazarlarda rekabet edebilmek için mamul üretim sürecinde tam zamanında üretim sistemini uygulamaktadır. Bu sistemin tercih edilmesinin nedeni, israfa duyarlı olması ve maliyetleri azaltma çabası içerisinde olmasıdır. Tam zamanında üretim sisteminin üretim alanındaki başarısı işletmeleri bu felsefeyi tüm tedarik zinciri boyunca uygulamaya sevk etmektedir. Son yıllarda birçok işletme, malzeme ve hizmet sağlama noktasında rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmede tedarikçi ilişkilerinin önemini anlamaya başlamıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı üretim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin tam zamanında üretim sisteminde tedarikçi ilişkilerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, Ordu ili Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren 54 adet küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerden yüz-yüze anket yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Tedarikçi ilişkileri ölçeği veri setinin faktör analizi için uygun olup olmadığı KMO ve Barlett’s testi ile sınanmıştır. Uygulanan faktör analizi sonucunda Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) değeri 0.671 olarak bulunmuş ve çalışmanın faktör analizi için uygun olduğuna karar verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak KOBİ’lerin tam zamanında üretim sisteminde tedarikçi ilişkilerinin belirlenmesinde etkili olan faktörler dört başlık altına toplanmıştır. Bunlar “işbirliği, karşılıklı güven, iletişim ve etkinliktir”.
