Kurumsal Mantıklar, Örgüt Yapısı ve Örgüt Kültürü Arasındaki İlişki: Muğla İlindeki Kamu ve Özel Hastaneler Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Örgüt kuramı ve örgütsel davranış alanlarında birbirinden bağımsız birçok çalışma yapılmaktadır. Bu araştırma da ise önemli örgüt kuramlarından biri olan kurumsal kuramın temel konularından kurumsal mantıklar konusu ile örgütsel davranışın temel konuları olan örgüt yapısı ve örgüt kültürü arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma temel olarak örgütlerin yapı, süreç ve davranışlarının arkasında kurumsal mantıkların rol oynadığını öne sürmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı kurumsal mantığa sahip örgütlerde var olan yapı ve kültür durumunu araştırmaktır. Saha araştırması sağlık alanında yapılmıştır. Çünkü Türkiye'de daha önceki çalışmalar eğitim, askeriye ve sağlık alanlarında bazı kurumsal mantıkların söz konusu olduğunu (işletme benzeri mantık-piyasacı mantık-kamu hizmeti mantığı) göstermektedir. Araştırma verileri anket yöntemi ile Muğla ilinde faaliyet göstermekte olan kamu ve özel hastanelerin çalışanlarından elde edilmiştir. 393 adet anket formu analizi sonucunda, bireylerin çalışılan kurum (devlet, özel ve eğitim-araştırma), çalışılan pozisyon (hekim, hemşire, sağlık teknisyeni, genel idari) ve çalışma statüsü (657, sözleşmeli ve 2547) değişkenlerine bağlı olarak kurumsal mantıklar, örgüt yapısı ve örgüt kültürü algılama düzeylerinin de farklılık gösterdiği ortaya çıkmıştır.
