Türk Bankacılık Sektöründe Sermaye Yapısına Göre Performans Sıralama, Kümeleme Ve Verimlilik Analizi

Abstract

Türk bankacılık sektöründe, yabancı sermaye girişi ile farklılaşan sermaye yapıları ve kurumsal stratejiler nedeniyle rekabet artmıştır. Bankalar ancak verimli olurlarsa ve ülke ekonomisinde üstlendiği finansal aracılık rolünü etkin bir şekilde yerine getirebilirlerse rekabetçi kalabilirler. Performansın iyileştirilmesi için doğru metotlarla ölçümü gerekir. Parametrik olmayan ve çoklu girdi çıktı yapılarının değerlendirilmesine izin veren yapısıyla Veri Zarflama Analizi etkinlik ve verimlilik ölçümünde önemli bir araçtır. Çalışmada Türk bankacılık sektöründe yer alan 28 adet mevduat bankasının 2010-2014 yılları arasında göreli etkinliği saptanmış ve etkin olmayan bankalara referans kümeleri yordamıyla hedefler belirlenmiştir. Kümeleme analizi ile karar noktaları olan bankaların benzeşme ve ayrışmaları incelenmiş, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri olan PROMETHEE ve TOPSIS ile bankalar sıralanmış ve tüm yöntemlerin sonuçlarına detaylı bir şekilde karşılaştırmalı analizler yapılarak önemli bilgilere ulaşılmıştır. Bankalar ayrıca sermaye yapılarına göre sınıflanarak 2010-2014 yılları itibariyle kamu, özel ve yabancı sermayeli bankaların etkinlik seyri kümeleme ve sıralama analizleriyle bütünleşik yapıda incelenmiş ve önemli noktalar tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma bankacılık sektörü analizi açısından çok yönlü ve kullanılan yöntemler bakımından etkileşimli gerçekleştirilmiştir.
