Endüstri İşletmelerinde Ar-Ge Projelerini Öncelik Sıralamasında Entropi Ağırlıklı TOPSİS Yöntemine Dayalı Çok Kriterli Bir Analiz

Abstract

Endüstri işletmelerinde kullanılan kaynakları doğru yatırımlara aktarılması kararı uzmanları zorlayan problemlerdir. Ar-Ge projeleri de bilinmeyeni ortaya koyan ve işletme için sürprizler içeren yatırımları beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu nedenle Ar-Ge projelerini hayata geçirmeden önce kıt kaynakları değerlendirme yolunda bir kez daha düşünmek gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada bir endüstri işletmesinin Ar-Ge bölümü tarafından ön çalışmaları tamamlanmış 15 projenin hayata geçirilmesi için önceliklendirilmesi problemi çözülmüştür. Projelerin tamamlanması altı kritere dayanmakta ve projeler on beş alternatifi göstermektedir. Çalışmada problemin çözümünde ÇKKV analizi yapılmaktadır. Entropi yöntemi ile kriter ağırlıkları belirlenmekte ardından kriter ağırlıkları ile alternatif projeler arasında sıralama yapılmaktadır. Sıralama sonucu hangi projelerin öncelikli olarak ele alınması gerektiği hesaplanmakta ve hesaplama sonuçları işletme yetkilileri ile paylaşılıp değerlendirmeleri sunulmaktadır
