Mükelleflerin (İşletmelerin) Muhasebe Meslek Mensuplarından Aldıkları Hizmetler ve Beklentilerinin İncelenmesi: Denizli İli Örneği

Abstract

Küreselleşme süreci ile birlikte, işletmelerin uluslararası faaliyetleri artmış, ve bu durum yoğun bir rekabet ortamını beraberinde getirmiştir. Bu nedenle küresel rekabet ortamında faaliyette bulunmak isteyen işletme yöneticileri, kararlarını, en doğru bir şekilde ve en doğru zamanda almaları gerekmektedir. İşletme yöneticilerinin bu kararları verirken en önemli unsur meslek mensubunun hizmet kalitesidir. Çalışmamızda mükelleflerin muhasebe meslek mensuplarından beklentileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında Denizli ilinde faaliyet gösteren üretim ve hizmet işletmelerinin, serbest muhasebeci veya serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirlerden aldıkları muhasebe hizmeti konusundaki memnuniyet düzeylerini, hizmet türlerinin yeterliliğini ve bu işletmelerin muhasebe meslek mensuplarından beklentilerini ölçmeyi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında denizli ilinde faaliyet gösteren işletme yönetici ve sahiplerine anket uygulanarak sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ışığında mükellefler, meslek mensubunun ilk olarak güvenilirlik olması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Çalışmamızda ayrıca mükelleflerin, meslek mensuplarından aldıkları hizmetlerde meslek mensuplarının sosyal sorumluluk kavramına uygun davranışlar sergilediği, iş gereklerini önemli bir ölçüde yerine getirdikleri ve işletmenin faaliyet sürecine katkı sağladıklarını düşündükleri belirlenmiştir.
