Örgütsel Ustalık Çalışmalarının Personel Güçlendirme Üzerinde Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı işletmelerin karmaşık, değişken çevrede varlıklarını koruyup, fırsatları değerlendirerek kar maksimizasyonunu artırmayı hedefleyen bir yaklaşımlardan biri olan “örgütsel ustalık” ile personelin nitelik ve etkinliğinin artırılmasını hedefleyen “personel güçlendirme” arasında ilişki olup olmayacağını varsa da ne yönlü bir ilişki olabileceğini tespit etmektir. Bu bağlamda araştırmada örgütsel ustalık çalışmalarının, personel güçlendirme çalışmaları üzerinde etkili olup olmayacağı temel hipotezinden yola çıkılarak araştırma hipotezleri kurulmuştur. Hipotezleri test etmek amacı ile Adana ilinde mobilya imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 478 işletmede çalışan 342 personel üzerinde anket uygulaması yapılmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir.
