Aile Yapısının Girişimcilik Üzerine Etkisi: Eczacılar Örneği

Abstract

Aile yapısının girişimcilik üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan araştırma; “Aile yapısının girişimcilik üzerinde etkisi var mıdır”? Sorusuna yanıt aramaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında aile yapısının girişimcilik üzerindeki etkisi üç alt boyutta incelenmiştir. Bu boyutlar; çalışmaya katılanların girişimcilik hakkındaki düşünceleri, aile ortamının girişimcilik açısından taşıdığı önem ve girişimcilik düşüncesinin çocuklarla ilişkisidir. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda, Ankara ili Altındağ ve Yenimahalle ilçelerinde faaliyet gösteren 100 eczacıya yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile anket uygulanmıştır. Anketler sonucu elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi Bağımsız Örneklem T-Testi ve descriptive analizi ile yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda; aile yapısının katılımcıların girişimcilik hakkındaki düşüncelerine etkisinin yüksek, girişimcilik açısından taşıdığı öneme etkisinin orta ve girişimcilik düşüncesinin çocuklarla ilişkisine etkisinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak bu araştırma, aile yapısının girişimcilik üzerinde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.
