Türk Polis Teşkilatı’ndaki Ödüllendirme Sistemi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Türkiye’nin sayısal olarak en büyük ve hizmet alanı olarak en yaygın kamu kurumlarından birisi olan Türk Polis Teşkilatı, insan kaynağını daha etkin kullanabilmek amacıyla bir takım çalışmalar yürütmektedir. Yürütülen bu çalışmaların temelini personelin motivasyonunu artırarak verilen hizmetin kalitesini ve verimliliğini artırmak oluşturmaktadır. Diğer tüm çalışanlarda olduğu gibi polisin de motive edilebilmesi, bağlılıklarının ve işten duydukları tatminin artırılması için ödüllendirmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türk Polis Teşkilatı’nda uygulanan ödüllendirme sistemi ve sistemin mevzuattaki yerine odaklanılmış, ödüllendirme sistemi ile ilgili bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
