Paternalist Liderlik ile Psikolojik Güçlendirme Arasındaki İlişkide Örgüt Kültürünün Aracılık Rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, paternalist liderlik ile psikolojik güçlendirme arasındaki ilişki ve bu ilişkide örgüt kültürünün aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi çevrimiçi anket yöntemi ile ulaşılan Şırnak İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’nde görev yapan toplam 626 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Anket formunda Likert tipi ölçek kullanılmış, araştırma hipotezleri, yapısal eşitlik modellemesi (YEM) kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi için SPSS 26.0 ve AMOS 20 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre paternalist liderliğin psikolojik güçlendirme ve örgüt kültürü üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu ve örgüt kültürünün de psikolojik güçlendirme üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Bununla birlikte, paternalist liderlik ile psikolojik güçlendirme arasındaki ilişkide örgüt kültürünün kısmi aracılık rolünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada, teorik ve pratik anlamda çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Paternalist liderlik ve psikolojik güçlendirme arasındaki ilişkide örgüt kültürünün aracılık rolünün incelendiği ilk çalışma olması nedeniyle alan yazına katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
