The phenomenon study of effective communication of trainers in the induction training

Abstract

A trainer or trainer is a person who provides material to participants in the form of material in class such as company introduction, products, motivation or outside material such as simulations, games, etc. Training will not run properly if the Trainer does not have the expertise, honesty and attractiveness in delivering training materials. This research was conducted to determine the Effective Communication Patterns of Trainers in Bank Mandiri Employee Induction Training. With Interpersonal Competency Studies. The purpose of this study is to find out how the trainer interprets effective communication, as well as to find out the communication experience of the independent trainer, to find out the trainer's communication motives in providing induction training. The research was conducted using qualitative methods using interpersonal competency theory. Research shows that trainers define training as a means of developing insight, effective communication, and building cooperation. Education and training has the aim of being an inspiration, improving skills, providing knowledge and changing attitudes, worship. The benefits of training are applying company values, building networks, increasing competence. The key to the success of the Trainer is the success of the process, positive feedback from the participants, and the final success. Trainers also interpret training as a means to improve skills. This study uses a constructivist paradigm, where the researcher constructs the training communication experience carried out by the trainer. Activity trainer observed in this study are: motif coach,meaning coach,the communication experience coach and purpose of this research is the subject of study in the world of training at the same time the public, provides a basic overview of the topic, to generalize the idea and developed the theory of tentative, opening the possibility further research on the topics covered, and determine which techniques and directions will be used in future research.
