Abstract

The necessity of developing of new approaches to the process of state regulation of regional economy has been justified. The concept of "new public management", which is understood as "effective management" has been investigated. The process of resultsbased budgeting has been reviewed. The method`s system of state regulation of economy is proposed. The model of the region as an object of state administration and authority has been investigated. In a modern mixed economy state can be as the subject of economics as the subject of governance. However, the main point of the governance steel remains the ratio of the market and state regulation of the economy. The question about the ratio of market and self-regulation and government regulation are controversial not only in economics but also in practical using. The development of many countries shows alternating periods of strengthening state control over the economy with periods of market increase self-regulation. The aim of the article is the development of complex methods of state economy regulation of the region.
