Leaders Through Communication In Organizational Circumstances

Abstract

Being a leader is a matter of circumstances in everyday life, even though not anyone can be one. Leadership needs a lot of abilities and skills, including the capability to communicate. The paper deals with leader’s need of communicating in organizational circumstances. The process of communication is efficient only when the information is transmitted and the receiver understands the message. The importance of this process is reflected in the productivity of the organization. Moreover as the economic climate changes the leadership style needs to be changed and also the style of communication throughout the leader coaches, coordinates, evaluates and supervises.
