Abstract

The current pandemic creates unprecedented issues for companies, including problems regarding work relationships. There are two categories of companies, depending on the prospect of continuing their activity: those that continue their activity and those that suspend or reduced their activity. The current laws, adopted under the conditions of the established state of emergency on the territory of Romania, require or offer the employer, in each of these situations, certain options that we will be presenting separately.
