Mechanizmy wsparcia finansowego energetyki odnawialnej w Polsce i krajach Europy

Abstract

Promotion of renewable sources of energy is one of main purposes of the EU energy policy. The article presents a comparison of financial support mechanisms for renewable energy in Poland and in selected European countries. It shows two main systems of support: green certificates and feed-in tariffs. / Synopsis. Promocja produkcji energii z odnawialnych źródeł jest jednym z głównych celi europejskiej polityki energetycznej. Artykuł przedstawia porównanie stosowanego w Polsce i w wybranych krajach UE mechanizmu wsparcia finansowego energetyki odnawialnej. Omówione zostały dwa najczęstsze systemy promocji: mechanizm zielonych certyfikatów oraz cen gwarantowanych.
