Penile Traumatic Testicular Dislocation Treatment Traumatic testicular dislocation is occurring after direct pressure on the scrotum and dislocating the testis outside its normal position to the surrounding regions, most in the groin area. It usually occurs after motorcycle accident [1]. There are few reports of traumatic testicular dislocation, early detection and management are both essential to protect the testicular function. Our hospital received one case of traumatic testicular dislocation in April 2018, as reported below
