Abstract

Any activity that operates in the exploration of natural resources depends on obtaining continuous information so that production processes are constantly evaluated to enable the identification of bottlenecks and potentialities of the activity with a view to sustainable growth. Decision-makers such as state agencies and environmental conservation institutions need to seek up-to-date data from each of the activities undertaken in an attempt to control and propose supportive measures that will allow them to continue their activities without reaching levels of overexploitation of natural resources.
