Abstract

A. Spinal scoliosis and high-grade dysplastic spondylolis thesis could be treated separately. B. It was safe to observe the scoliosis even it progressed in short time. C. Anatomic reduction could be achieved by enough sacral dome osteotomy and wide decompression.
