Abstract

Recently, numerous publications have emerged in relation to the application of transverse thoracic muscular plane (BMT) block in the adult population, however there are few reports of this type of block in pediatric cardiothoracic surgery. Surgical procedures involving incisions in the chest wall regularly present challenges for intra- and postoperative analgesia.
