Abstract

Metalloestrogens are a class of metals and metal compounds that mimic estrogen by interacting with Estrogen Receptors (ERs) or influencing estrogen-regulated pathways. These environmental endocrine disruptors have gained significant attention due to their ability to interfere with hormonal balance, particularly by mimicking or enhancing estrogenic activity.
