Abstract

Pediatric nursing is a demanding field that often exposes nurses to high levels of stress due to the emotional and physical challenges of caring for ill children and their families. This article explores various stress management modalities specifically designed for pediatric nurses. By examining the effectiveness of techniques such as mind- fulness, peer support, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, we aim to provide practical recommendations for enhancing well-being and job satisfaction in this unique healthcare setting.
