Abstract

The future of health and healthcare is of concern to many, with the worldwide increase in both chronic diseases, like heart disease but also infectious diseases such as Covid-19. Cardiovascular disease for instance, is the principal cause of morbidity and mortality global- ly [1]. One of the lessons of the recent pandemic is that the world is increasingly connected and with a growing demand for healthcare, it is imperative that medical advances in healthcare are rapidly scalable and actionable, to facilitate clinicians in their decision-making pro- cesses.
