Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic and progressive disease characterized by cartilage and joint degradation, leading to pain and functional impairment. In this study, we aimed to assess the impact of co-injection of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and ozone gas on the expression of growth factors’ genes in patients with knee osteoarthritis, both before and after treatment with the combined therapy.
