Abstract

Varicose veins, a prevalent venous disorder affecting superficial veins in the lower extremities, pose both cosmetic and medical concerns. Traditionally, managing insufficient great saphenous veins (GSV) involved saphenectomy, but with advancements in medical science, innovative and minimally invasive techniques like Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA) have gained popularity.
