Abstract

Osteoporosis is one of the major public health concerns, silently propagating in the societies, affecting more women worldwide. Herein we aimed to determine the effectivity analysis of quantitative computed tomography (QCT) and Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA scan) or bone mineral density/ bone density (BMD) among suspected osteoporotic patients. A cross sectional study was conducted at Islamabad Diagnostic Center on suspected osteoporotic patients during August 2022- October 2022.
