Balanceakt Innovation: Erfolgsfaktoren im Innovationsmanagement kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen

Abstract

Erfolgreiche Unternehmen steigern durch ein erkennbares Innovationsprofil die Alleinstellung und Unverwechselbarkeit am Markt. Dadurch erhöhen sie nicht nur ihren Bekanntheitsgrad und das Image, sondern können sich auch auf gesättigten Märkten behaupten und finden Zugang zu internationalen Handelsplätzen. Der "Balanceakt" für die Unternehmensführung gerade im Innovationsmanagement von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen besteht darin, die langfristig wirkenden Entscheidungen zum Aufbau und zur Sicherung der technologischen Kompetenz sowie die damit unmittelbar verbundene Gestaltung innerbetrieblicher Strukturen und Abläufe mit den Anforderungen des operativen "Tagesgeschäfts" in Einklang zu bringen.
