Qualifikationsanforderungen und Arbeitsformen in der Neuen Ökonomie

Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht die Auswirkungen der Neuen Ökonomie auf den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Neue Berufsfelder weisen nach dieser Untersuchung eine große und zunehmende Bedeutung auf. Gekennzeichnet ist diese Entwicklung durch verstärkte Humankapital- und Flexibilitätsanforderungen an die Arbeitnehmer, wobei ein zukünftiger Fachkräftemangel von der Flexibilität des deutschen Ausbildungssystems abhängt. Der expandierende Markt der Zeitarbeit in Deutschland ist ein klares Indiz für eine zunehmende Nachfrage nach flexiblem Arbeitskräfteeinsatz, jedoch bleiben, wie auch bei der Telearbeit, Wachstumspotentiale derzeit noch ungenutzt. Der zunehmende Anteil an Arbeitnehmern mit Gewinnbeteiligungskomponente am Einkommen zeigt, dass sich auch Entlohnungsformen stärker flexibilisieren. Für Überlegungen, wonach das Internet durch verbesserte Informationsverbreitung zum Abbau der Mismatch-Arbeitslosigkeit beitragen kann, finden sich keine Belege.
