Abstract

L'étude montre que les acteurs du marché des céréales-oléagineux a mis presque vingt ans à s'adapter à la dérégulation mise en oeuvre par la PAC en 1994. Les pratiques professionnelles actuelles en amont des filières sont décrites et analysées, en particulier les méthodes de délégation de mise en marché par les agriculteurs ainsi que les méthodes individuelles. Les pratiques des entreprises d'aval sont également décrites et analysées. L'ensemble de l'analyse est utilisée pour recommander un développement contractuel nouveau pour le secteur sucrier en voie de dérégulation.
