L’institutionnalisation des observatoires sociaux : quels enjeux pour les acteurs d’une organisation ?

Abstract

Depuis quelques années, nous assistons au sein des organisations privées comme publiques à la multiplication de structures assez particulières : les observatoires sociaux. Ces observatoires sont créés afin d'étudier les situations de travail ou encore les métiers des salariés (Delmas, 2012 ; Levet, 2013). Malgré la multiplication de ces observatoires dans les organisations, peu de travaux récents en gestion ou en sociologie ont étudié ce type de structure.
