Abstract

Dans un contexte de profondes mutations, de volatilité des marchés, de crises cycliques et compte tenu du système de gouvernance particulier lié au statut coopératif, il est apparu crucial à la FRCA Languedoc-Roussillon, puis à Coop de France Languedoc-Roussillon, d'analyser les trans- formations qui sont à l'œuvre dans la coopération viti-vinicole du Languedoc-Roussillon. La profession a ainsi souhaité se pencher sur les évolutions touchant à la gouvernance et à la stratégie d'investissements immatériels afin de disposer d'une analyse permettant de se projeter sur le moyen à long terme. Il a alors été décidé de s'inscrire pleine- ment dans la perspective de l'économie de la connaissance en développant le projet STRATECOOP LR 2013. Celui-ci s'est appuyé sur un partenariat fort avec l'UMR MOISA en matière de recherche-intervention (thèse en sciences de gestion réalisée au sein de Montpellier SupAgro, partie intégrante de l'axe gouvernance durable du Labex Entreprendre), ainsi qu'avec FranceAgriMer et la société Dyopta. Il portait notamment sur le traitement et l'analyse des données amont de la coopération viticole, intégrées à l'outil d'intelligence économique COOPERFIC®2. Cette étude, réalisée de 2010 à 2013, a permis d'analyser de manière opérationnelle, les modes de gouvernance qui sont à l'œuvre dans la coopération vinicole, et plus largement dans la coopération agricole, ainsi que leur influence sur la performance économique globale de court terme aussi bien que de long terme des coopératives, en lien avec les investissements immatériels. Elle a bénéficié d'un financement de FranceAgriMer ainsi que du compte d'affectation spéciale « développement agricole et rural » (CASDAR) dans le cadre du programme de Coop de France 2013.
