Abstract

Après avoir défini précisément le sens du mot "malthusianisme", l'auteur s'attache à traiter la question de l'élargissement de l'Union européenne vers l'Est, dans ce contexte, autour de quatre questions : qu'est-ce qu'une politique malthusienne ? La PAC actuelle l'est-elle déjà ? La PAC peut-elle se permettre d'être malthusienne ? Et la PAC doit-elle être malthusienne ?
